Summertime on the Farm -

One thing we love here at Favor Tree Farms Inc is visitors. We always have enough to care, enough to spare and enough to share.

When You Visit Our Farm

Whenever anyone comes to our farm, they get a tour of our fruit trees and our vegetable garden and a few flowers. We are not so fancy, but we are happy and growing. When you visit Favor Tree Farms you will see our vegetables and fruit we grow from seed to include cucumbers, mint, tomatoes, okra, lettuce, marigolds, snap peas, and elderberry.

We have apple trees, fig trees, and pear trees and the newest addition to our farm is the high tunnel.

This year we will see what we are able to grow all year long including the winter months. Our high tunnel is exciting news.

Whenever children visit the farm, we make sure to explain where food comes from- seeds and the ground. They get to touch the soil and the plants. They are sure to get real life lessons. We are always super excited when visitors come and we always make sure they leave with a jar of homemade sweet Pickles, or some homemade jelly (strawberry or grape) or fresh off the vine cucumbers and tomatoes.
